Product Description
An elephant engraved in color along a curved wild boar tusk
This wild boar tusk scrimshaw follows the curve of a natural boar tusk with a walking elephant, engraved and inked in warm reddish tones. The tusk rests on a rough fossil stone stand.
Boar tusk has a bright, glossy surface that holds detailed engraving well. The contrast of the smooth tusk and the rugged stone base makes this an unusual and striking wildlife piece.
